I'm ready to make the jump to a .44Mag., pre 1980 29-2 or similar.
Unfortunately, I can't afford $800 to $1000 for a mint one. So as not to waste anyone's time ... a good deal on an average one is the only way I'll be able to afford it.
I went back through the buy/sell thread and found some that went for $650, $550, and one in Dec. of last year advertised as 90% for $525, dang I'd have grabbed that up. That's more of my price range. An average one would last me a lifetime, because I'll probably only shoot it once per year.
