I have been on a kick to watch war movies, and have watched many of the old ones. Anybody got suggestions? Chances are I have seen it recently, but maybe there will be some suggestions I missed. Tis the weekend for this you know

For me, the British have several good ones, I have watched The Way Ahead staring David Niven among others many times. Perhaps you might find it enjoyable.

My favorite war movie, hands down is Patton. No question. I do have a soft spot for Fury, since my uncle was in the Second Armored. He was a combat infantryman and I like to think one of those guys trapped in the field might have been him. For other wars I like Glory, The Patriot and We Were Soldiers. Also, Ken Burns's excellent documentaries are worth revisiting.
