Warranty work timeline.

Their work load varies, so the time frame varies.

It's been quite a while since I've had warranty work done, but 3 weeks sounds pretty short to me. I think my last wait was 5+ weeks.

I've recently sent 2 guns back to S&W for repairs. The first one had a door to door turn around of less then a week, the second, right at 3 weeks. S&W has first rate customer service.

I had two guns go back to SMith and Wesson. One took about 2 weeks the other took less than a week.

They attempted to deliver today while I was at work. Someone over 21 has to sign. Anyway, 2 weeks to the day, from when they say they received it.

I sent a mid-1980s model 60 back for repairs and they received it one month ago today. After a phone call to customer service they say it will be at least two more weeks before they look at it.
