WebSite(s) and E-Mail!

One of my biggest complaints is WebSites that list an e-mail address or provide an e-mail form (you fill it out) but NEVER EVER respond! I understand the problem with SPAM and all - but if you have no intention of replying - remove the darn e-mail address!
