My wife and I are the parents of two delightful daughters, both grown and gone, the second daughter married and the first daughter to be married later this year. Our youngest daughter called to let us know that she and her husband will be having a baby in September. As per the obligatory tests, the baby will be a little boy. At present all indications are that everything is progressing normally. We are prayerfully anticipating the birth of their first child, our first grandchild. Our son-in-law has a good job w/ a construction company. Our daughter is a teacher. He has also finished the various EMT courses required for becoming a fireman and has been through several tests/interviews. Once hired, he plans to work as a fireman and continue working with the construciton company. Please join us in lifting them up in your thoughts and prayers as we all look forward to the brith of this little boy. Sincerely. brucev.

If available in the area, a 4D ultrasound will allow excellent pictures of the baby in the womb. We did it for our first two or three children. I think I still have a picture somewhere of my second child shaking his fist inside the womb.
brucev, I can't think of a nicer person to be blessed with the first grandchild. Remember the first grandson is really the little prince.

Becoming a grandparent was one of the best things that has happened to me. I got a chance to do what my parents did to me. Spoil the **** outta them and send them home.
Give them a bunch of sugar filled treats before they go home too. They'll be breaking the sound barrier when they get there.
