Yeah like has been said the 1911 is meant to be and always should be a 1911. I have a Colt Gold Cup National Match if you want a 9mm the best is the.BHP but sig and smith tactical 9s are also very nice
The S&W Performance Center is just as good in the accuracy department and it is not "sticky" like a Baer. You will have to decide if the aggressive slide cuts in the newest S&W PC 1911s are for you. They are not for me, but everyone has different tastes.
It looks to me like you have a rowel or commander hammer with a standard grip safety. That doesn't look like a beaver tail GS. I've always heard that they wouldn't work together. Do my eyes deceive me?
I just picked this up and thought about selling it, but not now. Smith E-series 1911TA. Double Taps from the holster at 8 feet.
Hamana, Hamana, Hamana! Niiiiiiice! There is an Ed Brown, A PerformanceCenter full size,A first generation
Smith & Wesson 1911 Stainless. A Sig G.S.R. A Colt barrel bushing gun with Bo Mar rib.
A Remington R1 Enhanced with threaded barrel.
A John giles wadcutter gun. A Colt Delta Elite built by Mike Mancini...
You get the idea..
I have always sought out the best deal and the finest quality for my dollar.
Come by my place and we'll shoot a couple of 1911s.
Once you travel down this road there is no turning back.
