So, show us what you cooked today!!
Even if you did not cook it,, what did you have for dinner??

I have a few favorites,, they usually involve the grill!!

here is one of them,, we happened to make it today!!

Any guesses what is under the foil!!?

This just came off the grill,, it took 60 minutes on charcoal.

If the tray is full,, it takes 75 minutes to cook.

Still steaming,, here it is!!

4 medium potatoes,
1/2 lb baby carrots
some celery,
1/3 pound of kielbasa
1/3 pound cocktail weenies
mushrooms
3 baby onions, peeled, whole,
2 tablespoons veg. oil
1/3 cup water,,,
AND,,,
whatever else is leftover in the refridge that needs cooked!! :)

use the oil to coat EVERYTHING!!
Sprinkle a little Tony Chachere Creole

Resist the temptation to add more garlic,, the kielbasa will garlic EVERYTHING just right.

2-4 servings,, depending on how hungry you are,,
and how long it has been since you last had it!! ;)

During garden season, it gets squash, zucchini, snow peas,,,
we have never added tomatoes,, I think they would get too soggy.

Went to an early Christmas BBQ (vendor stuff) yesterday afternoon with home smoked pulled pork, chicken, Conecuh sausage, venison shoulder roast, and lima beans with ham bits. They had so much, they told us to take some of everything home. YUM!

I just finished dinner. I made Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Linguini . I got the recipe online by Giada De Laurentiis .

I added 2 lb. of scallops it was good but a little too much basil for my taste. So next time I 'll be looking for another recipe.
P/S also had fresh Italian bread and a tossed salad and a piece of carrot cake.

Egg, potato, cheese, onion, and jalapeno soft breakfast taco. This one is from a couple of weeks back, but I'm getting ready to fix it again in a half hour or so.

Edit:

Tonight I used grilled red onion instead of white and a bit of reheated leftover roasted potato wedge cut in two.
