Hello, new here, sorry for the newb first post but I have searched and have noticed some 15-22s have no threads on the end, and some do, mine have a flashhider so I am guessing it has threads under?

Well I am looking for a barrel shroud, and would like to see what all is available on the market to purchase today that WILL WORK with my model 15-22 with a flash hider on end (of course ill get it removed for the barrel shroud, also question #2 not as important how do I remove the flashhider safely?)

Check out Kineti-Tech simply the best custom barrel shrouds, flash suppressors, and compensators for some of the industries most popular weapons. All made here in the USA on precision CNC machines. 100's of styles to choose from to set your gun apart from the . These are the best looking shrouds I have found. I just got one shipped to me today actually. The flash hider just twist off and then you just twist on the shroud. Also you'll need to pop off the cap at the end of the handgaurd, which i did with a flathead screwdriver. It is super simple and takes less then 5 minutes.

I checked them out I book marked one that I liked.

INERT OUTBACK II SUPPRESSOR - Brownells

I really like that one, could anyone show me a pic of it on a gun where it sits and is positioned? And does this one screw on or is it designed of the barrel that dosnt have a flashhider?

I don't have that one, but it sounds like you prefer the simple and realistic look. Check out the Spikes Tactical CAR1. You can get it with or without the laser engraving and they sell an alignment shim set to get it just right.

The proper way to remove the flash hider on this rifle is to put the barrel in a vise with barrel blocks or an actual barrel vise and spin the flash hider counter-clockwise. Not doing so can result in a spun barrel or cracked receiver.

This is the cheapest I have found it. Is this the right one?

Ehh not the look I am going for *cries*

I wish barrel was little bit shorter then I would just get an aggressive flashhider!!! Does any standard flashhider fit on our guns? I want something aggressive but dont wanna spend much since I prob will get a spikes shroud eventually.

Or maybe I will just get 10rd mags if I can find them for cheap.

Heres my gun btw.

I am very picky and cant find a flash hider for less than what I want to pay.

I am prob going to ask the wrong question to the wrong person....but would an airsoft flash hider fit? I use to be into airsoft and high end airsoft stuff is very well made so figured I would ask.

Btw I am trying to build something similar to my airsoft gun with the supressor look but if I can find a cheap flashhider for now I wont complain:P

Sorry, can't help you; I don't know beans about Airsoft stuff. That said, standard AR-15/M4 flash hiders are available all over for under $20.

Muzzle brakes are another matter.

I really like his just wernt long enough to achieve the look I wanted.

I really like his charging handles!

Yeah, I like his stuff too. I am trying to get something a bit different for my son's rifle, that apparently nobody makes but him...
