Get rid of all the locks on all models.

A topbreak that uses 9mm full moon clips but can also work without the clips.

A "K" frame 327 cal with a 6 inch barrel would be the berries.

Hello Bullseye Smith
I hoped for that as well for a Very Long time...:( I then took the Plung and had Hamilton Bowen Stretch my Model 16-4 cylinder throat's out to The New Hot Federal .327 Magnum and never looked back. This Gun is scary accurate as Bowen match's the cylinder throat's when he convert's them from .32 H&R Magnum to the Federal .327 round. It is more accurate now when shooting the .32 H&R Magnum rounds than it ever was. In my mind S&W will Never Build a Model 16-5 so if you want one have Bowen convert a Model 16-4 for $95.00 is was a No Brainer for me....:) Hammerdown

secret service alloy cylinder 442, from page 243 scsw 3rd: "these cylinders passed the 5000-round test with no failures, using +P ammo", and "this variation is actually lighter than the Ti series because of the all-alloy cylinder", Performance Center "one off", smith-wessonforum.com/
...This attached picture shows my prototype alloy cylinder 442. I had a very good friend in the Performance Center one day in the mid-1990s who knowing I liked weird stuff called me and said they had finished a run of 442 revolvers for the U.S. Secret Service who wanted an extra light gun to wear on the ankle for Clinton's morning jogs.

They had one of the un-fluted alloy cylinders left and he told me "go buy a 442 and send it to me, I'll put this cylinder in your gun and it will be identical to the guns we made for the Secret Service". ...smith-wessonforum member GHEN

For me, I would like to have the fixed sight version of the 29 that led off in 45Colt as well as 44mag. I would also like to see a 5in version of the Model 19 in 327 Federal with a second cylinder in 32/20. As long as we are wishing a new factory 45 Colt heavy duty to join my Bowen conversion. Also, a model 27 3 1/2 inch in 44 Special and one in 45Colt. We sure can dream can't we? All my best, Joe.
