What do you all think of this one?

That's a fine looking revolver and I would be happy to own it. If it what you hoped it to be and you are pleased with it, then good for you...If you could afford it and got what you wanted, then the price is of no concern for anyone else. There will always be people who will opine that you got taken if you paid more than whatever...Who cares?...Shoot it and enjoy it. Life is short so enjoy what you can.

My 2 Cents!

Well you didn't steal it! But Hey if you wanted it you have it! The bottom line is that all of the other bidders did not get it! It's your Revolver! I have several firearms that were not worth what paid for them but you know what? They are in my safe! ENJOY!

When daughter 1 started college, she had earned enough money for her first year. I had about fifty S&W revolvers, all NIB, that I had bought at jobber price prior to the Carter inflation. Those revolvers pretty much paid for her last three years of school. Yes, she had a work/study job, and got by frugally, as did Mom and I.

I think it was a good investment. She is now co- owner and CEO of a thriving real estate firm employing some fifty folks.

There may be debate over it being unfired since factory or not....but the real issue is are you happy with the gun and the price paid and that is what matters...that said...I would take a Smith & Wesson 27 or 19 over a Python any day and twice on Sunday for shooting.... :)

Beautiful pistol... Enjoy! If the price does not cause you financial difficulties and the gun is something that gives you pleasure, what does it matter what you paid?

On guns, I have made good deals, okay deals, great deals and not so good deals. I don't regret any of them because I bought things I wanted.

Don't worry about what a bunch of strangers think. If it's worth it to you, that's all that matters.

Nice gun. Enjoy it!
