What do you do with your magazines?

As i'm still 'newer' to the hobby and my collection is not large, the safe has a few mixed 9's and .22's so not too bad for myself to keep track of.
But when the wife mentioned one day she wasn't real sure what to use or pack even if were just making a range trip (she only accompanies me occasionally) or if something came up that she needed to get in there. So i thought i should come up with something to help her out if nothing else.
One shelf i had my handguns divided up in an organizer, and on the shelf above I then added little plastic trays (maybe 2"x8" or so) holding the mags for each.
The gun organizer has labels underneath each so she knows its the Shield, Full Size MP, Buckmark, and so on.
Said mag trays are labeled to match.

Seems to help her out and it does keep them separated/organized. Of course it may work well for me and my collection, i know others with many more handguns that it would not.

For guns that have a good many mags, I bought a small set of plastic storage drawers at the office supply place. Used furring strips to make dividers and labeled them.
Then there are quite a few that only have one or two extra mags. (I believe that 3 mags total is plenty for guns not usually carried). Most of these guns are kept in Bore Stores rugs. For these I just put the extra mags in a plastic bag to prevent scratching and stick 'em in with the gun.
