Looks great to me! I just never seen one with a lanyard swivel before in .44 special.

I think that the lanyard was added at the request of whatever agency owned it originally. I can't make out who was inscribed on the backstrap, but I'm considering having the gun lettered just to find out.

And, it's a great shooter... what a smoothe machine!

Aren't the post war models with 6 1/2" barrel rare birds? Regardless, it's a cool gun.
