What gun are you on the lookout for?

Since I started this post. I've picked up a couple guns that were not on my list. A Glock 34 and an AK-47.

I passed on a nickel 27.... Which is on my want list. I could have got it for the price of the two guns I did buy.

I've only been in this game for about 5 years. So for me buying a new gun is less about the article itself and, often, about enjoying a new shooting experience. As a result, I tend to round out my collection with something that offers a new length, weight, style. It's a fine line though as I try not to expand much across calibers.

Interesting thread. I am on the lookout for several US military handguns for my collection.

U.S. marked 2-inch RB model 10-5
U.S. marked 2-inch Victory model
Colt 2-inch Commando (WW2 original, I already have a post-war arsenal conversion)
U.S.A.F. S&W Baby Aircrewman M13
Colt Aircrewman

All of these are hard to find and usually very pricey. The Colt Aircrewman and the S&W Baby Aircrewman fall more into the Holy Grail category!
