I done some upgrading. Not all at once.
Shield 1.0 9mm
Apex trigger & fire control parts with 5.25# trigger pull.
Drop-in tight fit True Precision extended threaded barrel, minor fitting
Heine Straight Eight night sights, standard height
Frame stipple work and Cerakote done by Suarez Int’l
Slide cut by SI also for the Shield RMS (v. 1) which sits low enough to cowitness with irons (bottom 25%).
Maguts springs and followers to increase mag capacity 7-9 and 8-10.
All internal parts polished. All external metal parts “melted” to remove sharp edges. Slide then Cerakoted black.
Mag stop adjusted to use as a release, auto forward.
JM Custom Kydex AIWB extended holster and spare mag carrier.

I have all 3 Shields-9, 40 & 45; they are all stock. I carry the 9 every day. I keep it clean/lubed and shoot it regularly. I see no need for any mods on my EDC.
All I've done to my 3 is shoot them..........sorry.

I like to keep all my guns stock. Clean, shoot, carry, and enjoy. Stock, I think they will be worth more to my kids, when I buy the farm!

Not trying to be a jerk here but, I think y'all missed the point of my thread! I've no problem for those who want to keep theirs stock but, I was looking for pics of those who like to make changes.

Installed Ameriglo Hackathorne sights few years ago . Decided the front glow is useless with pistol holstered so reinstalled O.E white dot which is way better . NDZ back plate for a little patriotism also have Pearce grip extensions for two 7 rd mags

Just a set of Talon tape.
I put talon grips on mine. It looks just like this.
Only thing I've done with the 3 I have is to stuff full magazines in and pull the trigger........Works for me.

Only one mod; remove mag safety. A picture would be useless.
Just the sights have been replaced on my 2.0 9mm shield. Same for all other M&P's I own. All wear the Trijicon HD's in Yellow. Honestly I do not feel they need anything else.
If I had any M&P 1.0's I might do some of the Apex setup and probably more texture on the grips. As it is my 2.0-4.25 inch stock trigger almost feels too light. It is perfect.

My Shield (1.0 PC model) remains as it came to me; have been totally satisifed with it. I prefer to put any extra coin in ammo and range time for practice and fun. Nothing wrong with those that do mod theirs.... just not something I am into.
