i saw a new sigma 9 in the big box store last week for $299.00. add tax and background check you will be around $350. so i would base the price of the used one on what a new one is going for in your area. check around for what a new one is going for in your area.

You can buy a new sd9ve with 2 mags for under $300 , plus tax.
I wouldn't pay more than $150 plus tax for the gun you described with only one mag..
