Been shooting firearms since the age of 13 (before that it was a Webley Tempest!). Been through all the pistols (subsequently banned in UK), then dallied with black powder muzzle loading revolver, through lever action .357 rifle (and some long range .308) and am now very happy with my 15-22.

So pleased that you can have this much fun with a .22LR; if it was any higher calibre the ammo costs would be bankrupting me!

Turns out my county is one of the few counties in upstate NY that does not let you obtain an unrestricted concealed carry permit without showing, through police records/reports, that you have been victimized and are in danger.
