What Say You Revolver People?

I have a TRR8 and I love it! The 8 shot moon clips work great and any of the 8 shot N frames is on my short list.

I didn't really like the wide v notch rear sight so I took it off and mounted a Bushnell red dot with the Allchin mounts. Now I want more red dots, lol.

BTW, the factory picatinny mount sucks--way too bulky and it sits too high above the bore, in my opinion. I forget who it was, but a forum member also mentioned the problems associated with the factory mount causing the shroud to clock, so I went with the Allchin mount, which is very nicely finished and very low profile.

The only thing is that I really wasn't too sure about switching over to red dots at first, so I didn't use locktite when putting this together. So far it hasn't given me any problems so sooner or later I'll tear it down and remount with locktite, or maybe not? If it's still working properly over the next 500-1000 rounds I'm not about to mess with success.

Not for me. You already have a huge N frame to hide, might as well have some more barrel, at least 3".

Groo here
Got one, holster coming.
Not using speed loader's ,or moon clips...
Instead some 2x2x2 pouches and and a 2x2x2x2 for a full load...
When carrying a rifle ,, I like a pouch [like a musket cap pouch/cuff case or snuff pouch]
Just swipe your finger in and grab one.
These guns are not "high volume/hail of lead" types.
Rather , aimed fire.[shoot some and top it off]
Here you trade power for numbers.

I can't think of a negative thing about this snubby. So it is on my bucket list.

Put a 3.5" or 4" barrel on there and I'd have one. I get a 1.75 0r 2" on a pocket gun, but that's going to need to be in a holster. You might as well get a little more out of the cartridge.

Nope. Just casually looking for a 4" .38-.44 Heavy Duty that doesn't look like it was pulled on a rope down a gravel road behind a pick up.

Please put a 3 1/2 inch barrel on that thing like the old 27s, it needs it...
