Michigan has a 10 cent bottle deposit and we haven't been able to return them since before mid-March.

The Mrs. consumes a lot of Sparkling Ice and I've been known to have a beer or three after checking the forum. I also enjoy a diet cola from time to time.

The front left quarter of our garage is now filled with bags of returnables. I'm looking for advice on how to use the money when I can finally redeem them.

Vacation home?
Stock investments?
A Corvette or Mustang GT?
More guns?

Your advice is appreciated! ;)

You are a member of one of the finest forums in the world. We are some of the best enablers in the known universe! Yet you act as if this question didn't have a foregone conclusion.

Of course you are morally obligated to buy more guns! In particular, more Smith & Wesson's!

Your only suspect statement is that you "claim" to have a bottle or three AFTER checking the forum. What is wrong with you? It is WAY more fun to imbibe while checking the forum. This may lead, unfortunately, to some unintended consequences, such as out of budget expenditures, thinly disguised political rants, picking on your fellow SW fans, picking on uninformed newbies, and undeserved timeouts  What fun! :D

Memories.

In '66 I had an after school job at Carl's Pony Keg sorting, stacking and wheeling cases of empties out to the fenced in loading dock.

I always seemed to go home with a poke of Mallo Cups, Goo-Goo Clusters, Moon Pies, Honey Buns, Barq's Creme Soda and other such truck.

Best job ever.

With as much time as that will take, in what are usually very foul-smelling areas, you'll certainly be earning your money!

We bag ours up, then leave the bag next to our dumpster. We're not the only people here who do this. It doesn't keep the less fortunate from "dumpster diving", but it does reduce it.
