The engraver didn't do a very good job,imo. The dog exhibits characteristics of pointers,setters and hounds (the head specifically). I've had 'em all,and it don't really look exactly like ANY of 'em. JMO/FWIW.

Okay, so it's a mongrel gun dog. About time they had some engraved representation.
