Did the model 19 come with a screw driver and cleaning rod back in the late '70s?

Yep.... A screwdriver, wire bore brush, cotton swab and an aluminum rod equal to the length of the barrel. They were all enclosed in a transparent packet...

Seem to recall also had a parts list and information folder as well, along with the warranty card
