Looking at a 625, no lock, no box, crappy grips.
Very clean looking though, not excessively worn or scratched.
FTF private sale, what should I offer?

Thanks

See if the seller will show his or her cards first. Based on the info you provided, it's in the ball park of $800 - some will say much more than that. Prices on these are really high right now and will not likely go down.

I think $800 is right, the 3" no lock is very hot right now. I would like one a lot but parting with that much money is too hard right now.
Good luck

A 625-2 3" just sold on gunjoker for $1095.
I bought my 625-3 3" a year and a half ago for $565.

I think $800 is probably not a bad price in the current market.

I missed one in OKC for $750. Please don't ask me what l was thinking when l didn't snag it immediately.

Yesterday i bought a 625-3, with Combats, no box...had to fork over $875, no taxes. It's the priciest Smith i've ever bought...but at least it has Combats, and i'll no longer have to waste time and fuel hunting for one at the gun shows or pawn shops.
Seems to be about the going rate on completed GB auctions for shooter grade 3" 625s.

I'd say a slight premium for the 3in barrel, so maybe $875-950 depending on how bad you want it...

800-900 would be decent. I paid 1k for mine that was lnib. They came with goodyears from the factory.

Git off that billfold if you want it. The prices for 45 acp revolver have gone crazy. Hard to find 3 in. even more.

I bought mine brand new at Bass Pro in Springfield MO., and it came with Good Years on it also.

It currently has the Combats off my 610 No Dash on it.

Thanks all, I will try and make a deal on it.
Waiting to see some pictures!

I have a 625-7 3" (no lock) in 45LC that took me a year to find. Still looking for a 45acp for the collection. BUY IT!
