What's with people trying to run up their post counts?

My neighbors far exceed the qualification of moron. I don't think a descriptive term exists to properly describe them. Some of my co workers far exceed even that.
 
This thread was 38 pages when I left for vacation and I'll be d@mned if I read pages 39-73. Will someone please give me a condensed version from page 39 forward to this post???
 
I thought the biscuits and gravy topic a couple of years ago went long, but this one makes it look like child's play.
