What's your favorite color for stocks on various revolver finishes?

Waited 4-5 days to buy these grips hoping someone else get them cause I didn't need them but loved the colors. After I got em, I bought a gun to put them on, then a holster. It's a Les Baer and a Bamabiker holster. Larry

White on Blue.
Not all revolvers. 🧐
I like full width on 1911s.

Red White Blue
Chuck Stapel and Rob/Damascus USA, having fun with my stocks, back in the early '80s.
Full depth wood joinery.
They put the stock with the mag notch, on the knife, not the gun.
Maybe a single malt mistake? 😜

Jury is still out with stainless, except for ebony and anything white.
Red with some other colors/designs, seems interesting.
Pic from '21.
Laying up some blue, 90 degree grain offset, to make it not so plain.
Nighttime temps still in the high 70s.
Okay if you work fast with epoxy.

I prefer wood of most any type, but I'm also a heritic in that I like the look and feel, of a well worn set of Pachmayr's on a equally worn service revolver, say a Model 10/64. They look like "serious business" I've always thought. I like Ivory on a blue gun especially, but have never owned a set of real ones.

On the other hand, I don't care for stag at all. No idea why, it just doesn't appeal to me.

I like nice wood or antler grips.

My 629-2 I found a set of Houge grips that I really like, which are the Extreme model. The Houge grips feel great, along with the texture and don't look bad on stainless steel.
