What's your favorite snub-nose revolver?

Tho probably not the most functional snubbie I own, this M19 is my favorite.

I am a competitive shooter and do a lot of bullseye, so most of my early guns were 6" or more.....In the last few years I developed a love of snubbies, and now have about 25 different S&W's with barrels 3.5" and shorter....
a FAVORITE is tough....
I carry a 340....and sometimes a 625Sc....
They are my favorites since I stake my life on them....

I have had smith and colt 1 1/8 " to 2.5" snubs over the years. Hands down, I always end up with a smith J frame of some sort. Got a nice 642 now.
Just can't beat those little 5-shots. Light weight and reliable.

re: tjpopkin's post
Terry, Your revolvers are stunning, and your photography outstanding! Thank you sir,for contributing to this post. The 24's are my favorite. This is a great example of why I started this thread, and why most of us came here in the first place. Tim

Three model 27s. Two five screws made in 1954, one unfired 27 made in the late sixties, a model 640, and a model 36 3inch heavy barrel with bobbed hammer modified to accept TK custom moon clips.

Here are the three model 27s described in the last post. I'm not sure what happened. They were supossed to be in the last post. I'm new at this and trying................

I only have one right at the moment, and it is a 642-2 pre-lock. But, my favorite is a Model 29 with a 2 inch barrel. I had one a while back and let it go in a time of need. I hope to find another one soon.

I tend to have a VERY soft spot for any S&W snubby but I am particularly fond of K Frames and VERY partial to the Model 19 Combat Magnum...

This one is my avatar and a house gun...not the prettiest one that I own but an honest working gun with a screaming action job by one of the best S&W tuners I've ever met.
