What's Your Town's Claim to Fame?

The town I have lived in with the most interesting claim to fame is Olney, IL. They are the home of the white squirrels. They even have a holiday and white squirrel count. Whatever you do if you ever come to this town, don't run one over, they don't like that.

Cincinnati Ohio .... home of pro baseball. First night game ( baseball ) largest Oktoberfest in the U.S. Tall Stacks celebration. I know I'm forgetting a couple of others as well.

I have lived in Houston all my life. Other than it being a good place to make a living there is little else to recommend it.

I've always felt much the same way..
Nothing against jungles, but cement versions are boring. :/
