When Is Enough, Enough?

Well, perhaps I need to rethink my original post. The anti-gunners are not going to stop. I know that. I do send money when I can. I suppose the NRA has to be as relentless as the people who want our guns. I'm going to say something here that will probably p*** a bunch of younger people off (I'll be 68 in September if the Lord lets me live) but this is my conviction. I think that some day the anti-gunners will most likely prevail but I don't believe it will be in my lifetime as far as complete confiscation goes. I hope not, but think about things. It is not just our freedom to depend ourselves that's being challenged but our whole system of being Americans. (Political edit - Phil ) Crime is rampant, our educational system is in the pits, our money is tantamount to being worthless and we keep printing more everyday. Oh well, you get (or I hope you get) the picture. In our state our Governor is as pro 2nd amendment as you can get and I'm proud of where we stand. I think I'll just try to stop being annoyed at the surplus mail and try to send a little more. That's my Sunday morning rant.

Oh, you poor babies! (Sound of sad violin music in background.)

To read some of these posts it seems like getting donation request calls is the worst thing in your lives.

Wish I had your life.

I have more serious issues to deal with than this tripe.

Out.

I became a Life Member about 1959 or so. Both my son in law's are Life as well as my grandson. I went Endowment a couple of years ago. I give to NRA-ILA and Friends of NRA. Both are great causes & need the funds. As it's been said before "The NRA is the only game in town".They cannot keep operating without funding. If you don't want their mail, Opt out.
