Kind of curious,
On the rare occasions that S&W has used a separate, unaffiliated company to finish their guns, such as Turnbull,
Does anyone know how that works?
Does S&W send Turnbull a pile of parts for finishing and assembly then Turnbull sends the guns out to distributors?
Does S&W send the frames only, recieves them back after CCH, then assemble their own finished parts and sends the guns out?
Any idea of who does the roll marks and polishing?
