Where does everybody live?

Watsonville, California (where you get your strawberries).

But, nobody's ever heard of that dirtwater town.
We're 10 miles south of Santa Cruz, on the Monterey Bay, & 75 miles south of San Francisco.

I've heard of Watsonville, I always thought of it as earthquake central. ;)

I know where Watsonville is. Then again, I also know where Salinas is.

When I lived in Half-A-Moon Bay which use to to be the Pumpkin capitol, now it's the flower capitol. Watsonville was the Artichoke capitol.

What happen!

Sorry thread drift.
I live in Portal Arizona, but the snoots think I live in Rodeo New Mexico, and that's OK with me.

Rodeo Post Office is closer. Just happens to be in a different state.

David - Half Moon Bay is where they have the Pumpkin Festival every year. Castroville is the Artichoke Capitol (remember the huge artichoke just off the 101?) and Watsonville is still the Strawberry Capitol of the World. Gilroy's Garlic Festival was last weekend.
And don't forget the Brussell Sprouts - love 'em! We get 'em still on the stem, trimmed & steamed, they're the best.
