Which forum?

I am uncertain which Forum to use for a friend. I told him I would post an inquiry about finding a particular handgun (not a S&W) but since it for a friend I don't think it is appropriate in the Wanted to Buy Forum. Maybe in the Lounge?

I think you’d be okay putting it in the Wanted to Buy forum. Once you get a hit, explain the situation to the potential seller, and assuming he has no problem with it, put the potential buyer and potential seller in touch with one another directly.
