Which Hammer to Order for a 65-2?

I want to purchase a second hammer (a duplicate of the original) for my 65-2 (ser.# 869xx). Then, I'll ship the gun and spare hammer to a gunsmith to get the second hammer bobbed and fitted to my gun. I'll have the original hammer to return the gun to original condition should I decide to do so later.

Looking at the S&W parts list for the 65, I get the following hammer choices. I don't know what the abbreviations mean and don't know which hammer to order. Can someone here help me, or do I need to call S&W? Are there any other parts that I need to order that goes with a new hammer?
