Which Model 60

Hi there,

From the same buyer from which I can buy a 629, this model 60 is available, it's chambered for 357, but I haven't got any more info.
Can any of you tell me more, the grips look a bit small, is this a ladysmith version?

There is little more to tell. The model 60 was first offered in 357 Magnum in 1996 and has been available ever since.

If it were a LadySmith, it would say LadySmith on the side plate.

The factory supplied rubber boot grips that shipped with this revolver have been replaced with a set of aftermarket smooth service stocks.

Hi there thanks for the info. I will go to the seller tomorrow to have a look. I think the price will be ok (am planning to make a lot offer for the 629 and this one)
What would this be worth according to you guys?
I don' now whether the original packing comes with it.

new family members

This evening I went and had a look at the offered revolvers,...I couldn't resist and bought them both:

a S&W 629-1 in 4"
and a 60-9 in 2"

Both a little dirty, no original box, but looking in good condition. This for 500€, so about 610 USD.

What do you think? Was it a good deal?? According to European prices for these revolvers, I think it's not bad!

Hey there, thx for the feedback, is always nice to hear from people who know, that I didn't do a bad job!.
Just gave them a clean and they really are in mint condition, no dirt residues in barrel, cylinder,...Just a pitty the original packing was not included.
Hope to take them out to the range tomorrow evening
