Which One Would You Buy?

All personal preferences aside (that's why they make chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream), decide what you want to do with the revolver. Are you looking to fill a hole in a collection/accumulation? Have you been lusting for one longer than another? Based on the photos and given that all three are mechanically equal then which is the best use of the monies? Right now, in any market, IMHO it would be the pre-28. Best of luck. hardcase60

Well all look very nice but the pre 28 then the model 10 and then the model 36
Please show us some pics when u decide too...anyway u look at it...you are a winner with those choices

If I could only afford to buy one I would get the 28. Then I'd steal my grandmothers prescription money to get the 10.

No I'm just kidding about that last part, seriously.

Luckily the guns are still available. Though I am holding off for a few days as I got wind of a possible model 547 for sale. My husband's coworker said her grandmother has one she doesn't want. I really hope it works out. That is one of my grail guns.

The correct answer is to purchase all three.

If you can only purchase one, I'd get the N frame HP

If two, the HP and the Md 10

But again, the correct answer is to purchase all three (did you really expect any other answer here?)!

If faced with a decision dilemma like that, I'd start smoking and sparking like the robot on Lost in Space. To avoid that, I'd just pick the blued K frame, because who doesn't want to be Joe Friday?

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. I think I would grab the HP but then I'm kinda partial to them.

That's a very nice 5 screw Highway Patrolman Usmc5811!

M10 for me if shooting is a primary consideration. M28 is too big for my hands. If "just because", then M28. A 4" version at that price would push me over into the "buy" column, for sure.
