I just recently purchased a 1522, and have been using standard .22lr federal rounds.

I was at the range and bought some subsonic rounds by a company named Subsonic. They did work well, FTF often.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Subsonic 22 ammo

I have an 15-22 . I was going to try the CCI standard vel, but left them
home my last range day. They do work well in my 10-22 and Sig
220 22 conv kit with my YHM Mite. Hope to get out soon and try it with my 15-22. I think you can't go wrong with it. I bought Rem SS 22 and the
CCI was quietier(sp?) and cost about $1.50 a box cheaper. Good luck

I use CCI Standard Velocity with YHM Wraith. Many thousands of rounds and not one has gone supersonic. Very reliable and consistent. Dicks Sporting Goods 500/$25.

I've had outstanding performance and accuracy with Remington 'Subsonic'.

+1 on the CCI Standard Velocity. These perform about the same for me as the Remington Subsonic.

For me, in my 15-22, these two rounds are easily the most accurate (at 50yds) I've tried, bar none.
