White River Knife & Tool Backpacker Hunting Knife

Does anyone have experience with White River Knives. I am looking for a neck hanger knife for the winter. I am tired of fumbling for my Spyderco Manix2 Black G-10 Black Blade PlainEdge when I am Snowshoeing or ice fishing.
Is there another brand knife that you would recommend with a 3 inch blade made with S30V steel or better in the $100.00 price range?
