Nope, it didn't. They got SR and SRM in stock again on Friday the 13th. I noticed about 4:15pm EST and ordered 5k SRM for my new .223/5.56mm handloading project. At the time I ordered they had about 150k SRM and around 200k SR. By 5:30pm EST they had sold out of SRM and the SR shortly thereafter.
Its nuts, but I ordered just what I needed (and what made sense to pay shipping and hazmat on). I would guess there is some hording going on. I probably should have ordered some powder too to decrease the effect of hazmat charges, but I wanted to order the primers ASAP so they wouldn't be sold out from under me while I was deciding what powder to order for the .223.
