why would you want that? you already have a rail on your 15-22. Your red dot will mount right to your flat top, but if you want a riser, consider something as simple as a UTG riser. Cheaper or near same price, lighter, no extra rail BS.. just a simple clean riser.

There are whole threads here with riser recommendations, I would pass on that as that looks to be for a rifle that has no rail so your adding the rail, not needed here. it is not really a picatinny "riser" and it is way overkill.
