Local Tale -
A while back two Brothers out in the Country a ways East of here saw an Airplane Circling. And getting lower.
Then it lines up on a pasture and lands. The Bros had never see a plane on the ground!
So they ran full speed for the neighbors pasture as they were thinking it may takeoff anytime!
When they got to the plane, their neighbors were already there greeting the visitors.
It was Will Rogers and Wiley Post. Stopping in Edgewood, NM to visit friends and have lunch.
