Will The 9c 3.5inch barrel work in a SHIELD 9MM?

I ve done a few Google searches changing the wording of my question a few times & keep getting the same results. Out of all the searches I only went 4-5 pages in before I gave up. Most of the results came up with converting a shield 40 to 9mm. I'm looking to see if it's possible to use the 3.5inch 9C barrel in the shield 9. Or even a storm lake 3.58 or however long their 9c barrel is. Anybody ever try this?

No. The 9C and Shield are not interchangeable. They are 2 totally different barrels. Shield 40 to a 9 is possible. 40 c to 9 c is possible. Same as the FS models. I've even seen FS barrels in a compact model.

Ok thanks. That would be something I'd like to have. A single stack 9 or 40, but have the same length slide assembly as the m&p9C or 40C
