I will be getting a SW9VE for Christmas.

In anticipation of getting this handgun.
I ran across the chance to purchase 250 rounds of CCI Speer LE Gold Dot Hollow Point 124gr ammo at a good price. However, I don't want to purchase so much ammo if the weapon will not like it.

Anyone have experience running this ammo through an SW9VE?

More than likely it will be fine, however sometimes even the specific gun can have preferances, not just the model. I would say buy it. If for some reason your Sigma doesn't like it, then you can sell it fairly easily on the forum classifieds and get your money back. That is if it really is a good price.

Yep. Both of mine shoot it fine.

Also the Precision bullet 124 gr reloads over HP38/231.

So? How do you like it? I can shoot a gnat off a fly's ass at 45ft with it.

Just pull that trigger evenly. And do a lot of finger exercises

I found my 9VE eats anything I give it.

I remember I bought 250 rounds of the gold dot from a lady in NY I think off gunbroker.
It was a ridiculously great price, I think $75.

Anyway, they work fine, but some gold dots are "rejects" in that the primer was judged too hard by some agency and were a few feet per second short of standards.
Most boxes were marked as such, some were not.
Anyway, long story short, this may be part of that batch.
Good bullets, never had a failure on them.

I bought this ammo through a Gunbroker auction as well. Paid $100 including shipping. It was labeled as New, so I don't think the are seconds.

I ran a magazine of it through my handgun last Saturday and everything went just fine.

Some were marked as seconds and some were not marked as seconds. That's what I said.
Whether yours is, I don't know. Just letting you know that is the rumour for the 124+ps being so cheap on gunbroker from the individual
I was talking about.

Mine were not marked as seconds, had brand new boxes and everything, and functioned normally. But I was told they were seconds from a big agency purchase. Some agencies have their own requirements, and if it's a few feet per second off they will reject them.
