The link below talks about a case going before the Supreme Court that has the possibility to limit the resale of items made abroad.

If they hold n favor of the original copyright holder, will this also apply to firearms?

I think you should have to pay sales tax on the items also. For some reason we have to do that on boats (not the motors) and vehicles

As I understand it this is a very old law. It would apply to automobiles. If you have a foreign car you would be prohibited from selling it (or trading it in).

Glock has a factory in GA. It would be simple for them to make the guns here.

If this is upheld and the legislature doesn't overturn it then foreign produced goods won't have the appeal they do now
