Winchester Model 12 in 12 gauge

What is the average selling price these days for a Win. model 12 in 12 gauge?? 30" plain nickel steel barrel made in 1928. Around 80% overall original wood and metal finish. Wood had been reoiled sometime in the past, but is sound with no cracks or chips. Buttplate replaced with a Pachmayr recoil pad that probably needs to be replaced also. So, a pretty nice old Mod. 12 that would be a great shooter.

As described it would go for about $300 to $350 around here.

Seller is asking $350.00 for this gun. Just wondering if it was worth that money being a 12 gauge with just a plain barrel. Thanks!
