Help is on the way!
Which browser are you using?
Are you having trouble with top of the screen bar or bottom bar?

First of all - tools are gone.
The 3 dots, top far right, left mouse on it.
That's your controls. Go down to settings, left mouse.
That's your set up selections. Including advanced settings, scroll down, open it up.
Show the home button on- set http://yahoo.com/ In home button box.
Once yahoo is saved as home, you got to click on little house. Top toolbar, left side. This takes you to Yahoo.
Don't know a way for auto open to yahoo. It opens on ms site, you mouse on your little house and get what you set.
Favorites- when on a site you want to save, mouse the star, top tool bar.
Your favs are located under the 4 parallel lines, RH side top bar.
When you get a bunch of sites open on top bar, you need to close some.

PS I don't like this browser and I don't use it.
I strongly recommend FireFox.

Most agree that Firefox is the best choice as a browser, followed by Opera. I use both, just download and install them. Also download a free antivirus package. I use Avast! (free version).

I find W10 is about as easy to use as W7.

If you want Yahoo, after you install Firefox/Opera, just designate it as your default browser and set the opening page to Yahoo.com.

It's a steep learning curve...

My sister is an official guru and said that some of it drove her batty at first, but after figuring out some settings and familiarity she likes it. But she is much quicker on computers than me or most other people.
