Hello there, thought I'd clarify/double check on my understanding since some of the wording is a little indeterminate.

It is my understanding that for a handgun:

-Open carry is legal 18+
-Handguns do NOT need to be registered
-Owners of handguns do not need to new registered
-Private party sales 18+; FFL 21+
-Gun CAN be loaded
-Not within 1000ft of a school or in any government owned areas/buildings.

If someone could correct me or add, I would really appreciate it. It seems gun ownership is already targeted enough, we don't want to give more of a reason due to lack of understanding.
