I have three early S&W 4553 TSW .45 ACP pistols for sale. I fired one magazine full through one of them about six or seven years ago. I don't absolutely have to sell them but they are just sitting in my safe. Each comes with an extra magazine and the original box. The original three white dot sights have been replaced with plain black Novaks.
I bought one new in 1998 and two used a few years later, one from a forum member and one from a shop in the Pacific Northwest. One may or may not be unfired. I ask $550 each for them, which includes shipping from my FFL holder to yours.
If the pistols sell, I will sell the extra magazines for $30 each.
It appears to me that there is limited demand for these and I am part of that limited demand. I will hang on to them and take one out and shoot it once in a while. Cheers!
