This a NEW Bell & Carlson Medalist "Weatherby-style" stock for the Remington Model 700 BDL, their item #2963. It will fit any long-action rifle with a detachable box magazine or BDL hinged floorplate and a standard non-magnum barrel channel although it could be opened slightly for a magnum barrel.
These stocks are lightweight (this one weighs exactly 2.2 pounds) and per their website, "Bell and Carlson stocks are constructed using a "hand lay-up" process, using a variety of "composite" materials. These composites, including fiberglass, aramid fibers, graphite, epoxy gel coats and laminating resins; and polyurethane reinforcement with milled fiberglass, provide a warm and solid feel rather than the hollow, toy like impression one gets from injection molded stocks." Medalist stocks have an aluminum bedding block to which the receiver fastens and a full-floating barrel channel and are equipped with a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and sling swivel studs.
This one is in black with red spiderwebbing and was used for photographic purposes only. The least I can find them selling for online is $269.99 plus shipping and possibly sales tax, depending upon what state you are in AND if you can find one in stock. I will ship this one to you for $210 and it will come in its original box with all its original packing materials.
