First up is this very good condition Pre-27 sporting a desireable 5" barrel which shipped from S&W in November 1953
The revolver is in great shape and has a correct set of magna stocks which do not number to the gun, but are period correct. This one appears to have had some finish work done at some point. The side plate shows this as you can see by some roughness on the plate, see photos.
The gun was not heavily buffed by what I can see.
The timing is perfect and the action is as smooth as they get. The single and double action are silky.
The serial numbers match in ALL locations including the barrel, frame, cylinder, yoke and extractor star.
Priced at $875 shipped from me to your C&R or FFL.
Will ship from a private party, so if you need this to ship from an FFL there would be added cost.
