I checked and Colt does list your serial number 2069580 as a 1911A1 in their data bases which is wrong. Your frame is clearly made by Remington Rand. RR produced this SN in 1944! It has the the LARGE NO. In the serial number which only RR used. It is inspected by FJA - Frank J. Atwood who only served as a RR and Ithaca inspector.
Confusion sets in as Colt duplicated serial numbers with Ithaca and Remington Rand but your number is not in the known ranges.

FYI I checked with Colt Archives who told me that data got pulled from the old manufacture date pocket guide and Included all manufacturers
