We had the thread http://smith-wessonforum.com/lounge/343982-women-forgotten-veterans.html almost a year ago.

I'd like to post a reminder (w/o hijacking the other thread), but I also would like to encourage you to share pictures of your female spouse, family and friends wearing a uniform :)

Doesn't look like they were in a very warm place based on gloves and jackets. Crew served weapons are great on cold mornings gives a place to warm the hands.

These pictures were taken in Nov. 2013. I was just the morning there at the range and it's freezing cold here at Ft. Sill, OK at that time.

This is a subject I will refrain from commenting on........
I'll just say I have personal knowledge on most of there limitation's.
My daughter has 20+ years in the Army & Army reserve.
And I married a YN2!

There are so many places.....

There are so many places women can serve as effectively as anyone else in the military. I'll stay out of the 'women on the front line' issues but over the last 10 years or so, I know as many women leaving their families to head to the middle east as I see guys do.

My daughter and her cousin two years ago at Christmas. She was an EOD specialist and he is a Stan two tour vet. She was recently discharged for service related injuries just three months before her enlistment was up. She was so disappointed. She really loved the service. Her cousin joined the guard.
