Hey guys, I have a west Germany made Walther PPK/S in 32auto, it came with the original black plastic grips. I really like the gan and think it deserves a better set of grips. I personally like wood but everywhere I search, they are all made for the S&W made models.

Do you guys know any custom grips makers still make them for the older models?

Thanks!

There's zero description on the Hogue site, if they are made for the S&W model, then it probably won't fit the west Germany made model. I should probably give Hogue a call...

Altamont also specifically says that their grips will only fit the S&W models...

I have a pair of Hogue smooth rosewood grips that fit my Interarms stainless PPK/s in 380. I just went looking on the Hogue website and the picture they have of the PPK/s with smooth rosewood grips are on an Interarms made pistol.

Is there a difference between the Interarms and S&W frames?

I haven't checked but you might want to check Karl Nill grips. They are German and very, very nice. I bought a set for my HK P7. They are beautiful....and pricey and I would speculate they make grips for Walthers too.

The frames are indeed different. I too have a W. German PPK/S in 7,65mm, and wood grips that fit a S&W PPK/s Do NOT fit the German gun.

I too would like a pair of wood grips. Can't seem to find any

S&W grips will not fit the Interarms manufactured or Interarms imported West German (Ulm) Walthers.

Wood grips can be found, however. Look for Interarms item RAT-22411 in the yellow packaging.
