I'm the office worker of a small company. I handle inside sales, customer support, engineering, purchasing, shipping, and handle several other responsibilities. The only aspect of the business side of the company that I'm not directly involved in is accounting.
I've developed a bad habit of being 5-10 minutes late every day. I'm still working 9 1/2 or more hours a day, five days a week. I just can't seem to shake the morning malaise to get an earlier start.
A: Is this a problem? And how big of one?
I think it is, otherwise I'd not be posting this on my break.
B: How do I fix this?
How do I motivate myself to get out the door that little bit earlier each morning?
